Prices and payment

Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the cart you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment. We offer several different payment options that you can find below.

Import taxes, custom issues and fees

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU (The European Union). may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If the products are rejected and not able to be brought into your country all costs must be borne by the recipient.

International Bank Transfer

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation and payment instructions by email. Then you simply transfer money from your account to our Bank through your own Bank Service. The payment details you need can be found in the order confirmation, such as IBAN and SWIFT code. Do not forget to enter your order number as a reference so that we can match your payment with your order.

PayPal

PayPal is a payment service owned by eBay. PayPal has more than 100 million users worldwide. Hundreds of thousands of companies use the service that is open to both individuals and businesses. Paying through PayPal is easy and fast. Payment takes place with a few keystrokes and money is immediately transferred to the seller's PayPal account.

When paying with a credit card a PayPal account is not needed.

Pre-orders

Most of our products are available for pre-order. If your order contains a pre-ordered item, it will be shipped as soon as the pre-ordered item is in stock.
